Beware of any organization that professes to be a non-profit that does not or will not produce these documents. Having a .org web site does not constitute a non-profit organization and there is no enforcement of the domain name type. You could easily donate your hard earned money to an organization that is operated as a for profit entity. Your donated monies may be misdirected to other expenditures, not necessarily those of or for the organization which you actually intended to support.
