Offered on consignment is a black Steele Equitation side saddle made by Hundred Oak's saddler. The Equitation features a upper pommel that can be moved from a20" to a 21" to a 22" seat measurment by moving the upright pommel with hex head bolts. The seat is measured from the front of the fixed pommel to the rear of the seat.
The tree is a wide fit, built on bars rather than on panels with points. This allows a nice fit on broader, stock type horses, Arabs, or Morgans. This saddle allowsclose contact with the horse, but it is NOT suitable for jumping.
This saddle has a black suede seat for that added grip. The billets and the balance strap are in good condition on this saddle.
The saddle uses a standard stirrup leather and comes with a safety stirrup, a string girth and adjustable balance girth. The bars are covered with matching black leather.
