The Side Saddlery is pleased to offer this correctly built Swain english side saddle - 21" long seat measured from the front of the upright pommel to the rear of the seat. The seat measures 12.5" wide.
The tree is a medium wide fit, measuring 6.25" between the D rings and 17" between the points.
This saddle has wonderfuly supple brown leather with brown doeskin inset on the seat and pommels. The saddle has a Mayhew breakaway assembly, elastic convenience tab for the overgirth on the off side, an off side pocket,and brown serge panels. While the Mayhew fitting, stirrup and leather do not come with the saddle, they are available through the Side Saddlery.
The saddle is in lightly used condition. The owner rode her Half Arab/Saddlebred in this saddle to Reserve National Champion at National Show Horse Finals in 2005, a Top Ten at the same show the following year and won 4 Top Fives at Region 13. Continue the winning trend with this saddle!
