The Side Saddlery is pleased to announce that we are able to provide you with new, custom made Steele Equitation Saddles. Also currently available are the more traditional Steele English and Western Style Saddles.
These saddles are built on the ORIGINAL Steele trees , made by a master craftsman who only uses the BEST leathers. We don't cut corners with inexpensive leather or "fast" ways of finishing the the saddle.
The sample saddle shown here is one of the custom orders we have filled. This saddle is built on the Equitation tree. We can build the saddle in nearly any color for NO extra charge. Options shown here include cover flaps over the pommels' adjustment screws, memory foam panels covered with traditional wool serge, and deerskin seat for added grip (better than suede!). Other options include linen panels, leather panels, fixed or adjustable pommels in seat sizes from 20 to 22 inches, and padded safes.
