Antique Patey top hat from the UK, with case. Gorgeous antique Patey topper from the UK, with a storage box. Inside reads "By appointment to Her Majesty the Queen Manufacturers of Hats" The box has seen better days but is wonderful for display or storage of the topper, the leather is broken so cannot be carried as it used to be.
Hat measures 6 7/8 UK so would be a 7US. Crown height is 5.5"
