Heavy duty breastplate with elastic. This breastplate is built like a battleship! Leather is soft and supple, straps are 3/4" wide and the elastic is 1.5" wide. Quality brass hardware! Measurements are:
Chest strap shortest setting is 19.5" and has 6" more to extend
Shoulder pieces are 29.5" at the longest. Used but still very useful. Some surface cracks but not affecting use.
Could be used with either sidesaddle or astride saddle.

Absolutely gorgeous barely used Ladies black Wool Frock Coat by Mears in size 40. The fabric is a very comfortable weight cavalry twill, not too light but not heavy melton. It could be paired nicely with a black cavalry twill apron. Scarlet collar can be removed easily. Imported from the UK.
